Support rehoming pets to help reduce animal homelessness

Maisie was found tied up, abandoned and in terrible pain. Her exhausted body showed signs that she had been used to breed puppies repeatedly, and the stress of feeding litter after litter had seriously taken its toll.

Unfortunately, here at Wood Green, The Animals Charity we know only too well just how desperate the unwanted pet situation is in the UK. We care for over 5,000 stray, abandoned and homeless animals like Maisie every year - homeless as a result of unplanned pregnancies.

That’s why we’ve launched National Unwanted Pet Week, a time for animal-lovers to come together and show they care for the nation's discarded pets.

To help support our efforts, please sign our pledge and show your support for rehoming pets. Rehoming animals saves lives and helps stop irresponsible breeders who abuse innocent animals like Maisie to turn a quick profit.

Sign now to show your support for pet rehoming. Together we can help reduce animal homelessness and create a world where all pets are well cared for and in loving homes for life.
