Remove 500 mile limit on hackney carriage vehicles at first plating to coincide with the same policy taxi licensing have adopted with private hire vehicle plating. In order to introduce fair play across the board and make purchasing a taxi more affordable for all and not just private hire taxis which have no such restrictions. Based on the councils actions to date with Private hire plating in the Borough as discussed with Madeline Moon Mp on the record and her contact with the council to prove the same in the public interests, as she stated on the record by email on 21/10/16.
