We wish to request your re-consideration of moving Father James Arwady from our cluster parishes. He has made tremendous strides in implementing numerous ways of increasing our faith, along with Father Richard Treml. His Homilies are very deep and moving, so as to make the Gospel come alive, delving deep into the background.
He works so well with the youth of our cluster and that keeps our youth active in the Church. He has told them he is available 24/7.
He has made available R & R with Jesus. He took classes for Bereavement Ministry so he could help any who were experiencing loss of loved ones.
Father Richard Treml is nearing retirement age and has had two hip-replacements. He definitely needs help with the three cluster parishes. Father Treml and Father Arwady work well together.
Father Arwady has made himself available to all in the cluster. He has started many Faith-Filled groups and we would like to see him continue his work here.
We pray for Father Arwady and Father Treml that they may continue their ministry
among us.
