Pledge to Give Peace a Chance

Target: You!
Sponsored by: Care2.com

Conflict is a characteristic of human existence, but when it's associated with violence, destruction and killing, it's no longer a healthy part of living.

Everyone on this planet -- every woman, man, people of all faiths and all races -- must find a way to embrace each other's differences, co-exist and give peace a chance!

Humanity arrives together in an age where tempers are short and powerful weapons of mass destruction are abundant and only a click away. Although peace depends on every human being, it starts with individuals just like you and me.

Sign the pledge to seek, pursue and reflect peace in your life and everyone's life you touch. Because if we create peace in our lives, this will be reflected outward.

What's the other option? Violence? Actually, that's not an option. Peace is a need.

Aggression and violence are not only self-defeating, but harmful to our species. Our world has become smaller, we're exposed to more variety in beliefs and practices. It is only by honoring the wisdom in all, that we can grow spiritually. In living my own beliefs, I allow others to live theirs.

peace leads to happiness and progress in all fields of life. All real religion called to peace and ordered its followers to spread it. One of these religion is Islam. This word originally is derived from the word (salima) in Arabic which means peace.

Peace means no conflict. peace means equality. Peace is when everything is everything, and the bad is gone. When everything is at the best part. No more sever wars, friendship and love. Peace is everything.

You would think that it'd be easy for there to be peace. Is there anyone that really enjoys fighting? Forget wars when we have greater problems, like climate change, to deal with. This is something that we can all try to strive for. Kudos to everyone else for pledging!

Because to reflect better understanding of how good & thoughtful energy can avert violent acts which only serve to harm me & you and everybody...It is understanding harm before it happens that can otherwise leave us with big regrets.... But like martial arts, there is peace to found in that despite what some people may say... Ahimsa... & Farewell... & Create your own good luck for peace to prosper! =)
