Demand the harshest penalty for Mexico's Alaska Vega's torturing and hacking dogs ears off!

PLease if anyone knows this monster report him immediately and DEMAND the maximum penalty for Alaska Vega.

Mexico Cruelty to Animals - On the 31 January 2013 by a decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federal District - the law provides penalties of 6 months - 2 years imprisionment and a fine of 50 - 100 days at minimum wage to persons who cause obvious injury to an animal and the penalty is increased by one half if those injuries endanger it's life. The penalt rises from 2 - 4 years of prison and a fine of 200- 400 days at minimum wage if the person intentionally causes the death of an animal.

Thank you everyone for signing … the perpertrator has been caught and as you can see one of the small puppies who's ears was hacked off has been saved and is awaiting a loving new home..
