DC Lottery... Demand an End to a law that have lottery winners revealing their Identity or their names

In The District of Columbia, Residents that play Dc Lottery Cannot remain Anonymous if They win a cash amount of $25,000 or more. And, I would to have that particular law Abolished. The reason being: that it is a huge safety risk For the winners. And, it may create a situation beyond their control. And also, A lot of Individuals do not feel comfortable in putting their Identity on display. Last but not Least: The Decision should be up to the Taxpayers.
