Please, properly investigate every report made regarding child abuse and neglect. Requirements should be to investigate every possible avenue regarding each case. These are "investigative" services. Please "investigate" as per definition.
There are hundred's of thousands of children be improperly removed from there homes and families due to lack of proper investigations by the Child Protection/Family Services Units across the country. When reports are made to CPS/DFS or other organizations of this nature, each individual case should be properly investigated. The definition of Investigate is: To observe or inquire into in detail; examine systematically and To make a detailed inquiry or systematic examination. At this time, this is not being done and families are being destroyed due to inadequate investigation. In addition, parents are have cases ruled as substantiated because of false reporting and lack of investigation as defined. Social/Case workers are taking it upon themselves to judge families. These people are doing these things carte blanche: (Unrestricted power to act at one's own discretion; unconditional authority): Please stop this act of destruction.
