Lift The Ban!

As some people might know, bully breeds are banned in the city of Winnipeg, MB, Canada. They have been deemed dangerous here. If they deem those breeds dangerous, they might aswell ban dogs altogether. Any bull breed that comes into a local shelter pregnant, will be allowed to give birth, then after birth, pups are taken from their mother and killed.
