Negate the building of a development / subdivision named Meadow Woods in Brockton and West Bridgewater with only access road in a Brockton

Private Developers are building a development / subdivision consisting of 36 units. Of those 36 units 3 of them will have Brockton addresses and 33 will have West Bridgewater addresses. The developers want to have the only access road to this development enter from a main road that already has existing traffic issues. Aside of that this road would enter between an existing day care and a 55 and older community at one of the most narrow parts of this road. Residents of this existing 55 community , other residents and those who place their children in day care have difficulty pulling out onto this main road due to traffic congestion. When emergency vehicles or trash trucks pull to the side of the road passing them is close to impossible due to the width of the existing road. Widening the road is not an option due to property lines. My solution would be not to build the 3 Brockton units, cut back the 33 West Bridgewater units to 28 and enter the development through West Bridgewater in front of the conservation land area. The conservation land area is why the developers are stating they cannot enter through the West Bridgewater side. Entering through the Brockton side will not only add to the street traffic issue but they will tie into Brockton sewerage and Brockton residents will pay the taxes on use. Why should we suffer for those who reside in a neighboring town. All Brockton residents in this area of the city and those who access the existing day care are against the Meadow Woods Development/ subdivision.
