It dhould be illegal to leave you dog chained up in your yard all day!! If you cant take care of them right, then you shouldnt own one. AT LEAST fine those who leave their dogs chained up 24/7

Its animal abuse 100%!!! Would you do this to your child? People who do this to sweet loving animals, no telling what comes next! This needs to be stopped!
