Stop Selling Live Hermit Crabs

Josh has a bad reputation on hermit crab forums and internet sites. Josh has sold items to customers and either not delivered the package, sent broken and damaged goods, not refunded customers money when asking for a refund, ignored emails asking to fix transactions and for selling an shipping live hermit crabs. Josh has been banned on a few hermit crab sites for these bad business practices. Josh has repeatedly tried signing up under another name/ID on sites to sell his products.
It is bad to ship live hermit crabs, especially in winter months, because of the added stress to them. The potential of them dying while in transit is very high. A company cannot guarantee that the box the hermit crabs are shipped in won't sit in high temperatures or freezing weather during transit. Top hermit crab internet hobbyist sites DO NOT recommend shipping for this reason. Josh has posted on his Ebay store that he ships year round and has gone against these sites recommendations.
Hermit crab owners are fed up with Josh's bad business and are asking you to sign this petition so we may send it to Ebay and have the correct action taken to prevent further wronged customers.
