Bring back the Tenpin bowling alley to Billericay as Namco Funscape and roller rink portable roller rink, Splash pad at lake meadows

I Want to bring back the former tenpin bowling alley into use by encouraging the Namcofunscape to take it over as alley and set up portable indoor roller rink, Splash pad for summer for young children, shuffle board in lake meadows park for young people, to bring leisure facilities back with in the high street of Billericay which has no really leisure facilities apart from voluntary ran community cinema ect.
