Help the People of Gaza

Salah Awad Rajab began his career as a fruit tree farmer 34 years ago when he started working on a farm in Israel. Eventually, Salah started his own orchard on a quarter of an acre plot that he owned in Gaza. His business grew, and he was able to provide income for his family and a valuable product for their community.

However, during the 2012 Israeli invasion of Gaza, his nursery was completely destroyed. Like many others, Salah was forced to start from scratch. Once again, in 2014, conflict left Salah's life in disarray. An airstrike reduced his home to rubble.

Food and shelter assistance from Global Communities has been essential to Salah. Global Communities has worked in Gaza for over 20 years, providing food assistance, shelter, and undertaking home repairs.

Ongoing support and community development is essential to the long-term health and livelihood of the people of Gaza who have endured so much hardship. Will you confirm your commitment to this important work?
