Gas-Powered Scooters Shouldn't Be Illegal!!!

Gas-powered scooters, including go-peds, should not be banned in Georgia.

Last summer, I was stopped by a cop on my gas scooter. I was told they are illegal in Georgia without headlights, tail lights, turn signals, horn, and a vaild class C license. These are harmless toys that people use to get around their neighborhood in the summertime and should NOT be deemed illegal.
