Senators John McCain and Barack Obama both have proposed reforms for health care and economic security: two pressing issues affect every American as he or she plans for the future.
While it is important that the candidates have sound policy ideas, it is equally important that they can pass their proposed legislation through Congress. Thus, McCain and Obama's airtime on Sunday morning news programs could be a great opportunity for voters. It could bring to light whether or not the candidates have a plan to obtain the bipartisan support needed for true reform.
