We, The Undersigned, hereby request that MindArk establish open communications between the players and MindArks staff.

We request establishing a Forum that is driven or sustained by MindArk and moderated by MindArks staff. If it is deemed feasible, MindArk may draw upon the Community to enlist the aid of those Players that are qualified to be Moderators to help defray the workload.

At present no such forum exists and there is no viable means of exchanging information or ideas directly with MA other than through support or on IRC.

We strongly feel that such a forum would greatly enhance the rapport between the Project Entropia community and MA as it will allow players to have a more proactive voice over the games evolution and to give valuable feedback.

If it is at all possible, we also request that MA be more forthcoming about changes that would be implemented with new Version Updates, to discuss them with users and to utilize beta testing of the games mechanics. We understand that the disclosure of certain aspects of the VU is proprietary information that could affect the games economic balance and therefore are more focused on technical issues.

This testing could involve experienced users randomly picked from the community. In this way new Version Updates could transition efficiently and problems with bugs and glitches might be limited, thereby enhancing overall game play.
