Demand the person that duct taped this dogs eyes and muzzle and dropped her off in the middle of nowhere left to die be prosecuted and go to jail for animal abuse if ever found.. Also demand all dogs in Houston be micro chipped .

I believe all dogs should be micro chipped..
So in cases like this and other animal abuse cases the owner can be identified easily by the micro chip..
