Repeal the electoral vote for the Presidecy and replace it with the popular vote retroactive to 2016 election

The Electoral vote is based on antiquated laws established in the 1700s. HillaryClinton won the 2016 election by popular vote by almost 1,000,000 people. We seek to revoke the electoral vote and replace it with the actual popular vote.
