All locations of Nuclear waste under the Governments juristriction in locales of: be it a City, County, State or otherwise shall have set into law that it is illegal to transport Nuclear waste from/through its area and Nuclear waste must be made non-harmful to transport. Such is done already in the City of Arcata, California for an example where its illegal to transport Nuclear waste through its bounderies, as Nuclear waste is located about 10 miles from its City limit. We are asking the President of the U.S.A to do what is necessary to have in law that no Nuclear waste may be transported from its facility till made non-harmful and help the Citizens in all locations where Nuclear waste exists to have laws preventing transporting Nuclear waste through/from its area till the Nuclear waste is made 100% guaranteed non-harmful to Humans.
