Reject bills that impede animal abuse reporting.

Currently there are bills pending in California, Nebraska and Tennessee that will impede the ability of animal abuse activists to report abuse by requiring them to submit any evidence within 24 to 48 hours of its collection.

These bills are not acceptable and give those committing such acts leeway while punishing those who are attempting to prevent such horrible acts. They also undermine the ability to show animal cruelty isn't an isolated incident, but rather a standard practice.

Sign this petition to let all state legislators know that laws that make reporting animal cruelty harder are not to be tolerated.
