Clearfelling is the most stupid way to forestry that I can imagine. It takes years and in Alaska maybe never become back because of the circumstances. There are thousands of animals living in those woods.

So, you also rob the homes of the animals and it may be they never recover and what is the next step? The Extinction of many animals and I believe we don't want it.
