Why should tenants continue paying space rent increases, when CPM does nothing to improve our streets by fixing potholes and sealing roadways!

Tenants of Coleman Creek Estates keep getting space rent increases every year. While CPM does very little to improve the Park. CPM wants to treat people of South Medford like those tenants on the East Side. CPM is trying to hold us in the Ghetto to the same HIGH standards as those on the East side. CAN'T BE DONE!!!
