As  a tourist in Santa Fe. Injured in an accident called in a fatal. No Public Safety for Tourists in New Mexico. Ms. Atherton was a tourist, and was marked "transient". After surgery she was denied after care - and tossed on the streets of New Mexico. No access to medical care for non-residents. Legal Community does not want to serve "Out of State" persons. An Automobile policy is required by law to pay medical of all injured parties regardless of fault. Hartford lied to Ms. Atherton while she was Brain Injured, taking advantage of her disability.

Robert Chapman - the driver - has disappeared. 1Month after the accident, he transferred the assets from his corporation Santa Fe Hardware to a shell. He filed bankruptcy in his former company to hide assets from the auto liability claim. He was driving the company car when he struct her. He is hiding from legal service. A recent visit to his place of business, we were told: He is no longer here. He has become mentally ill.  In fact, he died.

DRIVER NEVER RENDERED ASSISTANCE                                      

• He never called 911 - bystanders saved her life.
• Bleeding from the head, alone, Chapman never approached her, covered her to keep her from shock, or checked if she was breathing.
• Chapman never checked with the hospital to see if she lived. Never inquired on her injuries.

2. Cathedral Rock sued by NM Attorney General - an excellent case - yet lost.                                                                    
3. Theft of documents from Physical Therapy office 2 weeks before deposition                                                                
4. False allegations detaining me - prevent me from appearing at deposition.                                                                        
5. Failure of legal counsel to support access to medical care.      
6. Evidence Tampering.                                                      
7. Witness Tampering - attempt to reprofile me post-accident as low moral character and fraud.    
8. Legal Manuvering - "Poison Pill"- To circumvent the search for replacement counsel - While the viticm is attempting to advance the case.
