Petition to remove my nephew as successor trustee. My mother had a living trust that my sister his m

I was taking care of my mom the last 2 and a half months of her life. When i knew it was getting close my sister came who had done wrong by my mom by creating a living trust. The wrong part is she admitted when she arrived on September 4th becuz she knew it was time. the guilt she had been carrying for 2 years basically making herself a living trust. She called dan davis the man who did it and told him she made a mistake and put her son and husband whom my mother wasnt fond of but it was a known fact in our family that my parents had simple wishes . when they were both gone it was to be split by us kids. sister brother and me. brother died in 2011 mom sept. 28th 2014 and sister september 29th 2014. my parents were so pure and so i thought never be used and abused over their money,, especially by my sister the trusted one but the one with the biggest drug problem and 3 psychotic breakdowns. She was mad at me becuz i hadnt divorced a man and was still taking money from to survive. She judged me becuz i didnt have a job with a steady paycheck that i didnt work. Ive never worked for no pay so hard in my life. I have witnesses and people who knew my mom and dad and know that they would never have wanted anyone but their last living child to be responsible for their estate. NEVER their grandson thomas he was not their favorite said he was a spoiled brat. My son was there most adored grandson they actually sold there dream home to move to texas so they could be close to him becuz they werent with the boys. they were rathe.t rambunctious and always had to b entertained and doing something. they loved their children and grandkids the same. my 30 year old nephew is trustee of their estate and doing a poor job and treating me like shit. hasnt complied with one of the arizona statutes or performed his job well. matter fact very poorly. he has lied to me and mistreated me one too many times and i want him removed so that my parents wishes will be honored
