I have had pets all my life, I have Agoraphobia, Bipolar, and Depression and animals help me cope considerably not to mention it takes no time at all to get attached to them. I have lived in apartments most of my life and never really had a problem with pets...that is until we moved to Owensboro...now I have lived in the EXACT SAME apartment for a little over 3 years and I have had my rabbit Powder (Who means the world to me) for 1 year and 5 months, and now after all this time we thought we had it all straitened out the Housing Authority is trying to make me get rid of her (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A NOTE FROM THERAPIST SAYING I NEED HER!)  with that being said we have decided to move to a place where I could have my rabbit in peace.....but after looking to exhaustion we have come to the conclusion that...THOSE PLACES DON'T EXIST IN OWENSBORO!!!!  Every place we have checked (Which has been every single apartment in the phone book not to mention some from the paper) have either said they don't allow pets OR they allow them BUT you have to pay $100.-$150. PER MONTH to keep it which is OUTRAGIOUS! we don't have that kind of money...if we did we would BUY a house and have whatever we wanted...all I am trying to do is find an apartment that don't charge an arm and a leg to keep a pet rabbit in a cage.  Please help me~
