One of the human rights is the right to housing. Therefore we feel enraged that this basic human right has not been met for exchange students in Sweden, during the autumn term of 2010, a country on the forefront of human rights!

Therefore we urge all responsible parties that are involved in inviting and housing international exchange students to ensure the following points:

• Make sure that all exchange students - current and coming -  have accomodation during their stay
• Improve the communication between Stockholm University and those parties that are responsible for the housing of exchange students (ecpesially SSSB)
• Inform those students that might not get any accomodation of this in advance so that they can find alternative accomodation

We feel that these points are reasonable and possible to achieve without any extensive problems.
