People should sign this because when evil is done and good people do nothing then evil thrives and grows. This bird has not been seen in 50 years! Mr. Filardi must be held accountable for killing a bird. Federal law is very clear on this and it MUST BE pursued to the fullest extent of the law AND BEYOND THAT! They need to make an exception for this very disturbed individual and jail him for life.

157 signers in around a month. Let us get more signers. Please pass this petition on to all you know. It is time to stop him and the so called conservationists. it is time for this to increase in signatures at an exponential rate. These pseudo conservationists are truly sick. Unfortunately chris filardi is not the only one but he is clearly the sickest of all. Time to stop these monsters once and for good. thank you!
