Tell the Senate: Pass the Not My Boss' Business Act

This summer, it only took five male Supreme Court justices to give bosses the power to interfere with women’s health care decisions in the Hobby Lobby decision. Now, it's going to take all of us working together to undo the damage. The Senate has a bill that would take decisions about birth control coverage away from employers, and put them back where they belong: with women and their doctors.

The Not My Boss' Business Act (a.k.a. "Protect Women's Health from Corporate Interference Act") would restore coverage for birth control and stop bosses from forcing their beliefs on employees.

It's time for every lawmaker to go on the record: Do you side with bosses, or do you support putting birth control coverage back in the hands of women who need it?
Dear Decision Maker,

Birth control is a critical health care service for women. And affordability has long been a barrier to women being able to access birth control — and other preventive health services — effectively.

The contraceptive coverage provision of the Affordable Care Act has been a huge success in increasing access to this critical women’s health service.

Plain and simple, bosses should not be able to interfere in their employees’ birth control and other health care decisions. Please, support the Protect Women’s Health from Corporate Interference Act today.

Sincerely,
