But over the years, the Ministry grew to include medical and mailbox services - critical first steps to getting Philadelphia's homeless people back on their feet. 

These kinds of practical solutions are what the people of Pennsylvania need. It's what America needs. It's time to move past partisan bickering and political point scoring. There are far too many people suffering.
