Traps4kids advocates teaching your children to trap wild animals so as not to loose the 'heritage' that trapping entails. They dont say this, but we the undersigned do, what trapping entails is animals left trapped for long periods of time, unable to get away, until they are 'rescued' by the trapper. What will this rescue mean for the trapped creature who has already suffered greatly ? DEATH, and not for food, but for the hunters glory, and for their furs. The website makes this an incentive to children through their stories section where there are apparently real life tales of children overwhelmed with the payout they get for the animals pelt.

We the undersigned abhor this practise of sport hunting, and the cruelty it entails, and especially disagree that children should be lead to believe via a website that this is OK, is not ! We believe that children instead of 'preserving this heritage of traphunting' should instead be taught to respect all of nature, including animals, and their beauty while they are alive, and to understand the pain that this 'sport' brings to them. Children are too impressionable and this website is set up to suck in both child and parent alike and to belive this is ok, IT IS NOT !

We ask you to consider our and the animals feelings, and to take this website down, this is not a heritage, it is a cruel and needless 'sport' that is partaken not for food but for glory and for money.
