dog catchers continue to fill in the shelter although there is not enough space for more animals than that required by law;

dog catchers remove small, sterilized and friendly dogs from their living areas based ONLY on some unverified and very subjective claims from people who might have close ties with the administration;

this shelter is a dangerous place for the animals, becomes over crowded and the conditions of life are not those required by the Romanian Laws;

the employees needs to pass a temperamental test and other special tests to see if they are capable and humane enough to work with animals.
