The Department Of Homeland Security of The United States to answer for the purchasing about 1.6 bill

This is because our goverment of the united states is not being transparent as they said that they would. The department of homland sercity thinks that they do not have to answer to congress ``which is our representives that we elected`` about what they are doing within our own country they are not answering to the 7 members of congress which I think is something that you should be thrown out of your goverment postion for. Then also the goverment spies on virtually all americans, and has said that they do have the right to kill or indefinitely detain americans abroad and also on U.S.A soil which is agaisnt the constitution that american was based upon and 73% of americans do not agree with the so called right our own goverment has to do these things. The media has not made it a big issue since our goverment funds and try its best to control what wee see and hear. That our freedom of speech is attack so often just look up all the laws passed  ``The new law which ok´s the CIA to look up our data on our finacial lives and i thought that the CIA has no right to operate within our own country, They are breaking rules all the time and no one is held acountable for it`` then as you can take a look at the England right now there freedom of speech is being limited by events by what  the goverment calls a violation of its laws so the feel its now ok to take some rights they have of speech its the same thing what is happeing here in the united states. We all should be concerned and say something because remember the goverment is afraid of its own people, we are the ones who keep them in balnce and we electe them they need to gain our trust back because right now about 30% of americans trust our very own goverment.   We as the American people need to anwers to why they are buying all these wepons, ammo, and amored trucks for The will give us this answer that it is used for trainng purposes for the agents but the fact is that they bought bullets that are meant to kill they are hollow point bullets as you can see on this link  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:40SW.jpg  you´ll see what it look like and then these are designed that when it hits a target it expands and creates a bigger exist wound therfore most likely killing the person these bullets are not used for trainning the are meant for people they are almost never are used for trainning since they cost more , Then the other reason that they wull give you is that the want to so trainng with the same ammo so that they are used to it which is funny becuse if your good with a gun  you should be able to use anything, The thing to remember is that they bought enough ammo to last about a 20 year war ``in America ??`` they say its to save money but why are they buying this during our sequester when we are cutting our own military buget aboard they are buying ammo for our own homeland police force for trainning shouldnt they be more concerned about the changing  tide in the middle east and whats happing around the world because I feel America is pretty safe right now and we dont want or need what our goverment thinks we do. The news source that broke this story to the mainstream media finally were small media news outlets that didnt stop talking about it and also one very notable magzine named fordes wrote an entriare thing about this and also suggested that we as a country to to have a converstion into this issue. Also could it be since our goverment is buying up so many ammo that they are causing a shortage of ammo to the public in the United States since they are lossing the battle of the gun debate??? This is a good question to ask yourself and also the goverment granted Fema The right to take your ammo stockpile away from you  this is iilegal and nothing is being done about it. I thought that Fema was supposed to be for when we as a nation need someone to help us in a natural disaster not someone who is building prison camps like what happened during World War II for the interment of people of japanese descent.  Then also they have the right to take away normal citizens weapons during  natural disaster or even civil unrest.
