Demand the End to parking time restrictions in Towns ,and not have any more parking fines which are crippling the towns.

Each town has parking restrictions and time limits the amount of parking fines given out because you cant get back to the car on time, cars dont know where to park anymore.the fines are getting more and the council is making money but not doing anything about free parking .why should we not have limitless parking and free parking in town we stay we pay council tax! no one can afford these fines any more, NO MORE PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN TOWNS!
