Release the remaining chimps from the NIH research labs and release all animals from research labs

  • recipient: NIH and any universities and drug companies still using chimps, monkeys and all sentient beings as experimental instruments.

 Make it illegal to use conscious, feeling, loving animals for inhumane research treatment and procedures.  At this time in the world with the knowledge already gained at the expense of innocent animals;  torturing chimps and other primates, rabbits and all lab animals, it is simply criminal to continue to keep them locked in metal cages, never seeing/experiencing the outside world.
