The ridiculous ticket collection policy for Manchester City fans going to European away games is unacceptable. City fans were made to queue for hours in the rain in Glasgow at a venue without cover or toilet facilities. The same has happened for European games over the last 2 seasons and it is unacceptable. Not only is this wasting hours of fans time, it is also costing fans unnecessary money & stress to travel to a random location and ruining a day that should be spent enjoying the City we are visiting.

This is not a school trip, These are not criminals or hooligans, but normal football fans that have spent weeks looking forward to and saving up to enjoy a European trip. To waste hours of our time queueing for a ticket that could have been posted to us or given to us in Manchester is insulting and needs to change.
