Earmark Some Foreign Aid To Build Coexistence Communities (For Both Jews and Palestinian Refugees)

Coexistence of both Jews and Palestinians is a key in bringing about a comprehensive peace.
This would literally be a meaningful Concrete Step towards a comprehensive peace deal while alleviating housing needs of both Jews and returning Palestinian refugees.
Anyone is welcome to run with what they think is best. I wanted to get this out there because I think coexistence is important and America is already giving much foreign aid to Israel. Ideally in my opinion, the coexistence settlements would be in Israel proper and in Areas B and C. If any already existing settlements communities anywhere within the Holy Land could be added on to, that would be an excellent step to.
