The Unfairness of the Secretary of State and the Prison Regime retracting Enhanced Status to Model P

Any mother, father, brother, sister or any member of family or friends of an incorrectly accused prisoner. A Prisoner that has been told on numerous occasions that he is a model prisoner and who has a spotless prison record for almost 5 years. My son who was incarcerated in 2010 for a crime he did not commit and for which there was NO evidence, even Medical Forensic Scientists supported both my son's and the said "victim's" account of the incident as it happened. The only evidence was the her word against his and a lot of lies and shed tears by the victim.
The point I am raising is that 3 months into my sons incarceration he was awarded an enhanced status which offers him extra priviledges due to his excellent behaviour and adherence to the prison regimes. He was awarded this enhanced status WHILST MAINTAINING HIS INNOCENCE. He has continued to maintain his innocence now for almost 5 years and all this time has held an enhanced status and annually told that he is a model prisoner. We his parents and family on visits have enven had prison wardens express to us what a gentleman our son is and how they wished that all prisoners where like him and had his manner and friendliness etc. They cannont find a wrong word to say about him. He holds a work position of an Orderly which only enhanced prisoners can work as and really enjoys the work and puts all his efforts into fulfilling his work role.
Howerever he was recently called in by prison officials and again told 'You are a model prisoner with an excellent prison record, however we have to remove your enhanced status, not because of any bad behaviour or misdemeanour but purley because you are maintaining your innocence. HE HAS MAINTAINED HIS INNOCENCE THROUGHOUT HIS ENCARCERATION FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS...... NOW THEY TAKE HIS ENHANCEMENT AND HE LOSES THE JOB OF ORDERLEY THAT HE LIKES AND WORKS HARD AT TOGETHER WITH OTHER PRIVILEDGES.
What is this telling well bahaved prisoners who cause no trouble and adhere to all prison rules and regulations and who have earned their EHNANCEDMENT through their own good behaviour and personality whilst maintaining their innocence. This is surely a breach of HUMAN RIGHTS AND MENTAL TORTURE.
THIS PRACTICE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE. THE PRISON REGIME IS ABOUT REHABILITATING PRISONERS NOT BLACKMAILING, BULLYING AND VICTIMISING THEM TO ADMIT TO A CRIME, THAT ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY IN LAW, IN ACTUAL FACT THEY ARE INNOCENT OF.
THIS PRACTICE IS BREEDING RESENTMENT AND BAD BEHAVIOUR TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE OF THE REGIME THAT THE PRISON SERVICES AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE WOULD HAVE THE PUBLIC BELIEVE. LOOK OUT FOR MANY MORE PRISON RIOTS AS PRISONERS CONTINUE TO ABUSED IN THIS MANNER. LET US PUT A STOP TO IT NOW.
