Stop abandonment of animals in city limits of South Houston. First time Offenders will be punished w

Animals, both dogs and cats, are being dumped on roadsides, ditches, parks, and homeowners back yards at an alarming rate.  I personally find about a dozen such animals in my yard annually.  Have your pets spayed or neutered.  If you have a pet you can no longer care for please call our local No-Kill Animal Control at 713/947-7700.
