Because of the tremendously horrible misstreatments and mismanagement of our wild mustangs and burros. WE THE PEOPLE OF THESE UNITED STATES DEMAND an immediate halt to the BLM's management and abuse and care of them, starting immediately! To set up independent regulating committee ran by the Nattive American Indians, to preserve & protect the wild mustangs which are a magnificence symbol of our western heritage. A symbol of our freedoms, which are already supposed to be federally protected but are being mismanaged by the BLM. To see that no harm or destruction comes to them. To see that these magnificence creatures can continue live and thrive in peace and freedom. That the funding which is used for managing them with the BLM are rerouted to that committee in order for them to operate in that capacity.

icerica look for and expect protection given them by the government, and I do hereby sumit this petition to you to act on for the manor of extreme importance to see that there is an injustice that being peretrated onto a part of you juristiction which you are responsible for. This injustice impacts all Americans beause these magnificate creatures depends on your protection from the evils from inside and outside of the government. There are many wonderful wild mustang and burros which are suffering and being murdered at the hands of not only the outlaw poachers but the outlaws of the BLM. The BLM has a policy which will cause the genecide of the wild mustangs and burros, because of the influences of the ranchers and cattlemen and we American do not want to see this happen. These wonderful animals are supposed to be protected by the government and that is not happening. That is where all of you come in. As you can see from the patition above. It does not matter that the BLM are a department of the government, they are still being corrupted by the ranchers and cattlemen which are influencing them to miss managnage the overseeing of these animal. I feel that the wild horses and burros are so revered by the American Indians who has a form of symbyotic relationship with them, so they should be the ones who should oversee them. Please make applicable rulings to the laws to allow these changes listed in the petition to me met.The ranchers and cattlemen must take the responsibilities of raising thier cattle on themselve and use thier own land as you and I would be expected to do if we wanted to raise animals or have a farm. If they can not do this, they do not need to take over federal lands to do this, they are just going to have to cut down on production of herd or buy more land privately to use to raise them, but not federal lands. These and all wild animals were not only there before the cattlemen but they are more important and do less damage to the lands then the cattle do. And they are a part of America and Americans who can not be herd by themselve and it is the governments responsiblity to lool after them. There is much evidence that exists, such as the evidence of the rebirth of Yellowstone since the reintroduction of the wolves that prooves that all these wild creatures rather they were indigounous or not to this country they are still important to the environment. And infact cattles are not indiginous to this country either and the cattlemen should not have the right to push them off there rightful protected lands.
