I feel that in this day and age we all know better than to treat animals like this. | I think that better care could be taken of stray animals, or the prevention of stray animal overpopulation. To feed them, get them homes, etc. we need better "marketing." It's pointless and cruel to use puppy mills of any kind. Save the ones out there first before breeding more than people can even handle. It just encourages irresponsible pet ownership to deal with animals this way. |

Although I would rather get a rescue animal, those that wish to get a purebred should be able to know with certainty that their pet came from a caring, humane, and healthy environment. | It is disgusting that an organization built on the supposed love of an animal would allow these animals to be registered because it only perpetuates the problem by giving puppy mills legitimacy. |

Have the AKC stop registering puppies from puppy mills
The AKC registers puppies from puppy mills. If they continue doing this, the puppy mills will keep on breeding puppies inhumanely. This is targeted at the CEO of the AKC. Please sign to help the puppies!
