Zachary Senner was instructed by his brother and sister-in-law to get rid of their dog, Brandy, a loyal cocker spaniel. When he couldn't find anyone to take the dog he took matters into his own hands. He first took the dog to a location to abandon her, but she found her way home. Senner then slit the dogs throat and used the knife to crush her windpipe, and took her to a wooded area to discard her. This poor, injured, and loyal dog was not dead and she managed to make her way home again! When she didn't bleed out Senner proceeded to stab the dog multiple times until she was no longer breathing. It has been proven in studies that there is a strong link between people who harm animals and people who harm humans. Zachary Senner is a dangerous man to our community, not just to animals but humans as well. If a person is capable of such violent acts towards an innocent, defenseless animal they won't stop there. He needs more than a slap on the wrist! We would like the maximum penalty of 7 1/2 years for Zachary George Senner in order to get a cruel, dangerous man off the street and to set precedent for other animal abusers alike!
