That all market chains be required to donate all "dated" foods to local foodbanks, that can arrange pickup and distribution of said items

Stop the needless waste of food, that could otherwise be consumed by people in this country. By doing so, it will assist efforts to combat hunger amongst the poor, and disadvantaged, homeless veterans, the disabled, those in shelters, and state and community programs,(shelters and program houses.)

Therein, it is requested:


ALL supermarket chains, and shoppes should be required to stop wasting, so called 'dated foods, and make arrangements with all, any food banks whether government supported, religious supported, or secular in natrure, to have arrangements, for pickup, and distribution of foods, that have met, the so called "expiration dates." In doing, as such, these actions will assist in providing sustenance for homeless programs, veterans, who require assistance, shelters either supported by government funding, or secular based. ALL organisations, shelters, assistance programmes, must be recognisable, and possess a proper taxable-exempt status, or be eligible within one year of application of status. All organisations will bear the legal responsibilities of ensuring ALL foods are safe to the public, before distribution to the public. Foodbanks, and distributing organisations, will not sell the foods, in any form or fashion. And shall not discriminate in the issueing of foods based upon recipients being of difdferent religions, ages, culture of origin, sexual orientation, or the recipients specific location.
