
The two FBI agents were shot and killed during a gunfight when the two under cover agents entered a private acreage in an unmarked car, initiated and commenced shooting upon the armed family security people camped there, including the members of the American Indian Movement (AIM), in which Leonard Peltier was present and openly admitted defending. Peltier was illegally extradited from Canada to the u.s. and convicted by a racist North Dakota judge for “murder” in 1977 – without even having the chance to defend himself with his “self-defense” defense.
