On August the 19, 2014 a family member was acused of forging my deed, which it was not the family member, it was an inside job, I was barred from my home for a year, pleading with the system I had to go back home, finding out that the district attorney took out a order of protection against me from coming back to my home, it took the district attorney office a whole year to get back to me, only when they wanted to convict a innocent party, After producing evidence who forged my deed I was ignored, When I called the Department off finance they called district attorney, he states Ms. Amos I did not have the order off protection against you, but the Brooklyn defenders office said it was, I was blocked from filing charges against these people with the district attorney office, Even the Judge of Landlord tenant court, who took my property an gave half to a family member, stepping out of her Jurisdiction which she violated the laws off the justice system an lied an added information which she knew was not true, Blocked my appeal as well show cause order, NYC courts told me to go to District Attorney office an they refuse to do anything an block my criminal report. If I Could have went back home, to see my doctor they would have caught this cancer, I did not have cancer until the order of protection blocked me for almost a year from seeing my doctor, before this order off protection my lungs was fine, it is the Justice system who blocked me from my doctors, an covered it up which it could have been detected, my doctors or in new york, an they did not cover my medical where I was.
