LIVING GARBADGE IN SERBIA.

DOGS ARE THROWN AWAY IN PLASTIC BAGS.
SOME OF THE DOGS TRAPPED IN PLASTIC BAGS WERE STILL ALIVE AND STRUGGLING TO BREATH.
THIS CRUELTY IS GOING ON FOR A VERY LONG TIME.  THE SERBIAN GOVERNMENT KNOWS ABOUT IT BUT DOESNT CARE. PLEASE LET OUR VOICE BE HEARD AND MAKE A STOP TO THIS ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!
