Tell GoFundMe to stop freezing accounts and Pay the money donated to fund raising for Medical support of individuals.

I am a 70 year old grandmother who underwent heart surgery in July 2015 and a month later my husband was diagnosed with Leukemia. We have 3 doctors and we have to do a lot of traveling to get all the treatments done. I am a retired nurse and using alternative therapy to help my husband. This takes 10 hours of our time everyday. I started a fund raising to help us as we live only on Social Security. The treatments are helping and one of his lumps is receding. We need help financially. Part of our funds have been frozen. Their excuse is I did not give them all the information they required which was:
1. A clear explanation of how you know the beneficiaries.
2. A clear plan on how you intend to deliver your donations.
I gave that information in the beginning and yet they are withholding funds.
