This is a petition to all congregation members of the International Society for Krsna Conciousness to finally enforce the elections of the GBC, as ordered by Srila Prabhupada:

"In the succeeding years the GBC will be elected by a vote of all Temple presidents who will vote for 8 from a ballot of all Temple presidents, which may also include any secretary who is in charge of a temple. Those 8 with the greatest number of votes will be members for the next term of GBC. Srila Prabhupada will choose to retain four commisioners. In the event of Srila Prabhupada's absence, the retiring members will decide which four remain.."

The Direction of Management of 1970 was written and notarized by the Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, for the systemic and internal management of His movement, ISKCON. This document was immediately hidden and buried by a number of individuals that conspired against the Founder-Acarya Srila Prabhupada, resulting in their "taking over" the Krishna Consciousness movement after Srila Prabhupada passed on in 1977, due to homicide in the form of arsenic poisoning at the hands of these same individuals over a 2 year period. Had the Direction of Management been instated properly at its inception in 1970, as was Srila Prabhupada's order, rather than hidden and prevented from implementation, the compendium of atrocities put forth since that time by these same individuals and their cohorts would never have had the chance to happen, as those in positions of power would have been VOTED IN per the terms of the DOM, and should these voted in individuals fail in their occupational duty, be impeached by the collective of ISKCON temple presidents around the world. We sign this petition appealing to you, the American courts and government: Please implement the DOM immediately, now and forever, for the revitalization of the REAL ISKCON, the ISKCON of Srila Prabhupada.
