It saddens me that our animals are considered property in the eyes of the law. Property dosn,t have a heartbeat ,feelings emotions ,and the love and needs of our pets.our couch ,dosn,t breath are property are house is built on doesn't get lonely and our cars don,t get hungry. As property people are allowed to kill there own prts if done humanly.there is much more in our laws that must be changed. Dogs are trained to hunt but if your neighbor catches your dog chasing wildlife on your property they are allowed to kill them .Humane Societies are allowed to kill for bring overcrowded.Who monitors this .are these people certified. They also are paid for each prt killed. Let's change these laws .and many more .please help. Show you care

Keep up the good work .i,m proud to share this experience with people who are proud to stand up and be counted .for what's write. No more slaps on the hand .put these true creatures in jail.

Thanks friends,132 signatures in two days not bad ,need a lot more call ,email ,speak to friends ,encourage. Whatever it takes .lets show them were not going to stand for animal abuse ,and lenient laws.we can,t let it happen .your doing great speak loud and proud to be a protector and participant

Thank you to all you wonderful caring people for your prompt response to my cause. I was a humane officer,animal abuse and control officer as well as humane society manager for 8 yrs. I know to some this dosn,t seem like a long time ,but the abuse ,neglect and death you deal with is torture.I started out as a volunteer,to kennel worker to management ,and on up the ladder.The emotions were unbearable .to leave these babies behind was even worse.
