Prohibit sale of Lannate, pesticides and other agricultural products that can kill warm blooded anim

The goal behind this petition is to protect stray animals, but also pets, from dying due to poisoning . In Macedonia, for the last 10 years and so, we have been witnessing massive poisoning of thousands of stray animals, on the streets. Often enough victims were pets, that have owner. The statistics are terrifying and every week, animal lovers take pictures of death animals, on the streets, (mostly cats and dogs) that are killed with poison. Lately, victims are animals that were rescued by animal activists, from the street, only to die in this terrible, painful way. This horrifying practice takes place in Skopje, (the capital), and probably even more often in other cities. We the animal lovers are really worried about the situation, and very sad about the animals that were killed. Our hope is to STOP this practice all-together.
We like to treat this problem at its core, and prohibit sale of Lannate, pesticides and other agricultural products that can kill warm-blooded animals in the local pharmacies without special license. We ask the government to pay closer notice at this problem, and reexamine who can buy poison, from the pharmacy, those days. If we need a note from a doctor to buy antibiotics or antidepressants, we surely must need special note/license to buy poison. If we have evidence of who is permitted to buy Lannate, pesticides and the other agricultural products what can kill warm-blooded animals, than in the future if poisoning occurs it will be easier to investigate, and find the killer. Unfortunately, in Macedonia, today the laws for harming an animal, are still not into practice. WE WOULD LIKE TO PREVENT FUTURE POISONING, AND THIS PETITION, IS A GOOD WAY TO START!!!!
