Now, the provincial government has announced its official Greenbelt Plan Review — and starting on March 25, the Review Panel will begin holding public consultations across the province.

Home to nearly 2 million acres of protected lands, the Greenbelt provides millions of Ontarians with access to fresh air, clean water and healthy local foods, and it keeps productive farmlands, forests, and wetlands safe and sustainable. The Greenbelt also supports our economy, by providing jobs and helping to support great products such as Ontario's world-class wines.
